These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the CloudFinOpsKit website and your purchase and use of the digital products, templates, tools, and prompt packs we make available (together, the "Products"). By browsing this site or buying a Product, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site or purchase a Product.

Who you're buying from. CloudFinOpsKit Products are sold through Paddle.com, our authorised reseller and Merchant of Record. Paddle handles payment processing, billing, sales tax/VAT, and the issuing of receipts. Your purchase is therefore also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms.

1. About us

CloudFinOpsKit ("we", "us", "our") provides downloadable Azure FinOps templates, governance frameworks, assessment tooling, and AI prompt libraries aimed at helping small and medium-sized businesses anywhere in the world manage and reduce their cloud spend. CloudFinOpsKit operates as a self-service digital store: product questions are handled instantly by Ask Jeff, our on-site AI assistant, and all billing, tax, receipts, and refunds are handled automatically by our payment provider, Paddle, through your order confirmation and buyer portal.

2. The Products are informational tools

Our Products are templates and tools designed to assist you. They are provided for general informational and productivity purposes only and do not constitute professional, financial, legal, tax, or security advice. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and adapting any Product (including any scripts or tooling) before using it in your own environment. Always validate recommendations and any cost figures against your own authoritative billing data.

3. Purchases and pricing

Prices are shown on the site and confirmed at checkout. Applicable taxes are calculated and added by Paddle based on your location.
Products are kept deliberately affordable — pricing is intended primarily to cover the cost of running and maintaining the site, not to maximise profit.
We may change prices, add, or withdraw Products at any time. Changes do not affect orders already completed.
Payment is taken in full at the time of purchase. You will receive access to your download once payment is confirmed.

4. Delivery

Products are delivered digitally. After a successful purchase you will receive access to your download (and/or a link by email) immediately or shortly afterwards. No physical goods are shipped. It is your responsibility to provide a valid email address and to download your Product promptly.

5. Refunds

We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase date. Refunds are issued to your original payment method.

Billing and refunds are handled by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, in accordance with Paddle's buyer terms. To request a refund, use the support link in your Paddle order-confirmation email, or contact us through this website, within 14 days of your purchase.

6. Licence and acceptable use

When you purchase a Product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to:

use, customise, and adapt the Product for your own business and client projects; and
create derivative working documents from the templates for those purposes.

You may not:

resell, redistribute, sublicense, or share the Product in its original or substantially unchanged form;
publish the Product in any public repository, marketplace, or file-sharing service; or
represent the Product as your own original work for resale.

7. Intellectual property

All Products, site content, branding, and design remain the intellectual property of CloudFinOpsKit or its licensors. Nothing in these Terms transfers ownership of any intellectual property to you beyond the licence granted in section 6.

8. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

The Products are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We do not warrant that a Product will be error-free or that any cost savings, results, or outcomes will be achieved — actual results depend on your own environment, data, and decisions.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability to you arising out of or in connection with a Product or these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for that Product. We are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of data, or business interruption. Nothing in these Terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including your statutory consumer rights.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your purchase applies to that purchase. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing law and your local rights

CloudFinOpsKit serves customers globally. Because Paddle acts as the Merchant of Record and reseller for every order, the commercial and payment aspects of your purchase are also governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms, and Paddle accounts for any sales tax or VAT due in your country. Nothing in these Terms removes or reduces any mandatory consumer-protection rights you have under the laws of your own country or region — those rights always apply to you regardless of anything stated here.
